  • Kadair Construction provides new residential and commercial construction and renovations in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas including the City of St. George, St. Francisville, Central, Prairieville, Gonzales, West Baton Rouge, Plaquemine, Ascension Parish, and Denham Springs.

  • Kadair Construction is an approved builder in many communities in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas, including Rouzan, Materra, Americana, Magnolia Woods, Pointe Marie, Oakland Crossing, and more.   • The duration of a home-building project can vary depending on a number of factors, including the size and complexity of the home, the availability of materials and labor, and weather conditions. A new home can take 6-18 months to complete depending on design, plans, and construction.

  • The first step is determining your design and turning it into functional construction plans. Secondly, we determine the cost of the project so that funding can be secured. Next, we ensure all selections and specifications are solidified to prevent delays during the building process. Once those steps are complete, construction can begin.

  • We provide a warranty that includes 1 year of workmanship coverage, 2 years of systems coverage, and 5 years of structural coverage on all new homes we build. However, we strive to serve our clients for the life of the home — often providing ongoing maintenance and support for many years.

  • Absolutely! Whether you already have plans designed to your specifications or need help getting there, we can assist.

  • We have access to a library of plans that can be used as a starting point for your design or can be customized.
