THOMAS KADAIR
OWNER / LEAD CONTRACTOR
Thomas began his career as a Superintendent with one of Louisiana’s largest and most recognizable homebuilders — eventually being tapped to lead all new construction projects in large-scale developments in East Baton Rouge Parish. During this time, he oversaw more than 100 new construction homes — giving him a unique perspective and valuable experience with complex new construction, renovation, and commercial projects.
Thomas has many years of experience in large- and small-scale project management. He leads all residential and commercial construction projects and oversees an experienced network of project managers, tradesmen, subcontractors, and vendors.
A Baton Rouge native, Thomas is a proud graduate of Catholic High School and Louisiana State University. In his free time, you can find him running the LSU lakes, weightlifting, or reading self-help books.

THeresa KADAIR
OPERATIONS MANAGER
While completing her studies at Louisiana State University, Theresa began her career as a Construction Coordinating Assistant with a prominent local home builder. She soon transitioned into the role of Marketing Assistant, where she remained until launching her own freelance social media business.
Upon graduation, Theresa continued to serve as a social media manager for six Baton Rouge-based companies, all within the homebuilding and subcontracting industries. She held this position until being hired full-time by Kadair Construction.
In her current position, she draws on her background in business and industry experience to oversee all company financials, lead marketing initiatives, estimate projects, and serve as a point of contact for clients.
Beyond the office, she can be found working out, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with her loved ones.
Taylor Fontenot
SUPERINTENDENT
A Baton Rouge native, Taylor began his construction studies at Louisiana State University after graduating from Catholic High School. He gained hands-on experience in various construction roles before joining our team, where he now serves as company superintendent.
In this role, Taylor oversees on-site supervision of subcontractors and vendors, coordinates project management, manages client communications, and ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys fishing, woodworking, and spending quality time with his family!
